You will be safe and secure walking at all hours of the day and night along the streets of the quaint resort town. The dangers one might expect in the large American cities, are not found here.

Although bottled water is readily available, you can drink  the local water, eat the tropical fruits and vegetables, and should find no health risks for the traveler.
